Nostrand Solar

• Location: Kankakee County, Illinois
• Client: Clearway Energy Group
• Project details: 24-acre community solar farm, 7,800 panels, 2MWac output
• Operational: Construction mechanically complete, in pre-commissioning testing
• V&K involvement: Pre-construction ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, lease & utility easement exhibits/descriptions

Segunda Solar

• Location: Kankakee County, Illinois

• Project details: 18-acre community solar farm, 7,500 panels, 2MWac output
