Bishop Park Splash Pad and Shelter House

In 2019, the City of Sergeant Bluff hired V&K to design the city’s new splash pad and shelter house with restrooms. In preparation for the project, we provided the topographic survey, location of utilities, site layout based on meetings with the equipment supplier and the city, and a grading plan for the city staff to share with their selected contractors. We also provided construction staking and construction observation services. Design for the project began in March and the splash pad was ready for visitors to enjoy in August.
