Altorfer Caterpillar Facility

In 2014, Evan Lloyd Associates retained V&K to provide structural engineering services for three buildings on the site of the Altorfer Caterpillar facility in Springfield, Illinois. Construction of the three buildings included a 44,000-square-foot sales and repair facility, a 7,000-square-foot wash bay, and a 4,000-square-foot storage building. This $12,000,000 design-build project began in 2014 and construction was completed in 2016.
