Construct Truman Drive NE – Phase 2 including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new 9 inch PCC Pavement 3,355 feet in length (street totals 14,500+ SY and 5,400 SY of trail and walk) with approximately 3,300 lineal feet of 12 inch PVC watermain, 4,000 lineal feet of 15 to 48-inch storm sewer, intakes, storm and sanitary manholes, hydrants, valves, earthwork, ditch creation, surface restoration, traffic control, and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup.
