Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. is the lead consultant for the update of the regional facility plan for the Des Moines Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA). This long range facility planning effort is designed to provide the framework for the conveyance and treatment needs for the Des Moines metropolitan are through the year 2050. The project involves 12 separate communities and sewer districts.
