- Osceola, Iowa - Clay Street Interchange. This $6.5 million project involved the paving of Clay Street and development and design of a new interchange on I-35 in Osceola.

- Sioux City, Iowa - Military Road Improvements. This project involves a $6 million renovation and reconstruction of Military Road in the western part of Sioux City.

- Carroll, Iowa - 1998 Street Improvements. This project involved a $3.3 million program to upgrade and renovate approximately 50 blocks of street at numerous locations throughout the City of Carroll.

- Johnston, Iowa - Merle Hay Road Improvements. This $3.3 million project involved a widening and reconstruction of Merle Hay Road in a unique phased approach which minimized business disruption.

- Osceola, Iowa - City Square Improvements. This project involved a $500,000 renovation of the City square, including storm drainage and street improvements.
