Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. is currently working with Fort Dodge and Webster County on a comprehensive plan update for the city and evaluation of the growth planning in the extraterritorial area in Webster County.

Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has recently completed a comprehensive plan update for the City of Charles City which was integrated with a plan to evaluate development along the recently constructed Avenue of the Saints corridor through Floyd County.
